Want a way to deal with stress? Hang out with someone you are comfortable with. Hang out with people who are going to be the light to your darkness. Whether it is a call or a text, when you have a bad day, contact that person to help you de stress and your day will get better. Also, try not to keep things bottled up. Or it will consume you.
